A Day in the Life

6:30 Woke up, checked phone messages and Facebook, rested in bed
6:45 Took sheets off bed and started a load of wash in preparation of company coming today, fixed tea, showered, got ready for the day
8:15 Started this journal, called car maintenance place and made an appointment for later in the week, ate a banana, replaced sheets on bed, drank tea
8:40 Drove to dental appointment, dropped check to grandson for contribution toward new computer for him to use when he starts at IVY Tech (hopefully)
9:00 Dentist. Made a friend connection between him and my youngest daughter. Took his picture and sent it to her and her husband
9:10 Went to bank to transfer money to cover the check, put gas in my car and got coffee
9:20 Drove to Noblesville to visit oldest daughter
11:20 Took her and a friend to lunch at a Mexican restaurant
12:30 Took them to Dollar General to pick up a few needed items
1:00 Dropped daughter back to her apartment and drove to Indianapolis
2:30 Arrived at bus station across from Lucas Oil Stadium
4:00 Bus arrived from Chicago late. Met Thai friend who is visiting the US. We drove past the Capitol, Scottish Rite Cathedral. War Memorial, and around the Circle. Saw 2 friends on the street so stopped and introduced them to my friend. Drove to Broad Ripple and ate there.
6:00 Drove to Muncie
7:00 Arrived home and friend met husband. Watched college basketball and visited until bedtime
9:15 Was tired and went to bed
