Wake up at 6:30pm + brought in newspaper + made coffee. Fed Bella + let her outside for ther exercise + fresh air. Turned on CBS Morning News. Slept very well last evening + will be calling F+B spree to remind them of shipping my seasoned peppers today. Will leave message for D to let her know they will be coming. S with Middletown Studies should be calling today or I’ll call him to see about entry in journal to be included. I’m just sick about another school in California being in news for school age children being shot in their school.
Front page news at our local newspaper concentrated on state take over of our local schools. There’s plenty of blame to go all around. The things that have been brought to the table have nothing to do with Superintendent that is now hired to make the difficult choices. Choices were made before they hired him that has affected all of closing schools before now. BSuniversity have made an offer to purchase Northside Middle School + to lease the school back to Muncie Community Schools for 1.00 until this is all figured out.
Very light + moderate rainfall today. Really very spotted showers that no doubt will move quickly through our area. I wouldn’t be surprised that a few snow flakes come @ the end of rain into tomorrow.
In my opinion we all should be thankful BSU has offered to purchase the Northside School at a fair market price. That’s a beginning to help MCSchools rebound from this very large deficit to recoup + rebound from their financial woes.
Other schools that taxpayers built have been sold + given to charter schools for a dollar. That doesn’t help MCS at all.
Schools are directly attached to economic development in any community. MCSchools are definitely affected by poverty + children who attend the Muncie Community Rehabs. MCSchools are definitely affected by special needs students that are federally mandated to attend their Community Public schools. Busing must be given to special needs students. Our community is not growing. Less children + less families. There’s fast no need to build. Overstock of Homes for sale.

Messager Sis about Mr. E mailing my seasoned peppers. They will be coming by US Mail.
Talked with Mr. E today + he’s mailing 4 of them out Today. Sending him a Money Order + he’s splitting the postage cost with me.
Called Sa + meeting them @ Eagles after Counseling today. Around 6pm. I want to be there as a support for Sa. She’s going thru a rough patch right now.
Met Sa. + J. We had Early Dinner together. I left around 7pm. Met a very nice gentleman there tonight. A Mr. G. Seen C. Served with him on the Civic Center Authority Board. That Board oversees the Horizon Center + all of the affairs that go on at Downtown Convention Center.
Called Sa to let her know I’ll be keeping her in my Prayers + Love. That with Time things will pass. She asked me to stop by Tomorrow. I probably will after I work @ Ross Community Center.
