Monday – A restful day, quite a relief after Spring Break vacation last week. We winged our way to Austin TX where we rented a lake house with family and had the time of our lives.
Today I started with Coffee, prayer and an energizing yoga workout. Onto devotion with my friend, home chores and walked the dog. Put on Chili for tonight’s supper. Prepped a casserole to take to my daughter later this week, she has a toddler and another on the way.
Spent my afternoon cooking and watching bits and pieces of Ben Hur, the 1959 version with Charlton Heston. I watch it every year at Easter time, love that story.
My significant other came over for Chili dinner, followed by watching the Mens Basketball NCAA Championship game. Go Kansas!
